Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Injection Mold Operator to join our team. As an Injection Mold Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be crucial in ensuring the efficient production of molded products. Duties: - Set up and operate injection molding machines according to work orders and specifications - Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments as needed - Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications - Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions - Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubrication - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Experience: - Previous experience as an Injection Mold Operator or in a similar role preferred - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus - Ability to operate a forklift and use hand tools effectively - Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges - Experience with press brake machines or lathes is beneficial If you are a detail-oriented individual with experience in injection molding operations, we encourage you to apply.
